You can use the following two methods to predict your protein PTMs site:
Use our Web server
- Please go to our Predict interface and use the web server according to the following method.
- Please choose the type you want to predict.
- Enter the predicted protein in the input box in FASTA format (up to 100 sequences for a single PTM type or up to 50 for multiple PTM types), or provide a FASTA file to store the required predicted protein.
Caveat:
- When using input boxes for direct prediction, a maximum of 100 protein sequences can be predicted at once for a single PTM type, or up to 50 for multiple PTM types.
- The FASTA format is as follows:
>Protein ID_1 Sequence_1 >Protein ID_2 Sequence_2
- For multiple predictions, please refer to the following methods
- The predicted modification sites should be further validated by experiments.
